Weekly Update: November 9, 2009

This Week:

Monday, Wednesday and Saturday classes are running as normal this week. There will be no Thursday night practice. Ranil and Sandra will be out on Monday only this week, and other coaches and staff will be covering all other classes.

There will be no massage therapists available this week - they will return on Wednesday November 18th.

New Intro Classes:

WFC Attire:

Just a reminder that we are going to be placing an order for warm-up suits with the WFC logo.  Please contact Terri or one of the coaches if you are interested. Suits are Kobe Micro Fibre warm up suits and will cost approximately $150 plus tax. They are 100%  micro fibre polyster, water and wind resistant and are embroidered with Club Logos.
