Weekly Update: May 3, 2010

This Week:

All practices are running as usual this week. Ranil will be out on Wednesday and Thursday.

This past weekend was the London Heroes Competition. WFC results are as follows.

Conditioning class:

We are thinking about running a core / flexibility conditioning class on Monday nights after practice. Parents would be welcome to join. If you might be interested in participating, please email info@westdalefencing.com (classes would cost around $7). 

Summer Schedule Change:

Please note that from May 10th (i.e. NEXT WEEK), Monday night practices will run from 6 - 8pm (instead of 7 - 9).
